Can I exchange or return an order placed through the website?

At Aceites Ducoy, we want you to be satisfied with the products you purchase. Therefore, we check for any possible existing defects in the products supplied to our customers.

All products are packaged with extreme care and shipped in excellent condition. However, if your order contains any damaged items or there has been any error, you can, within 24 hours following receipt of the order, notify us of the incident via a phone call to 679672540, or through an email to info@aceitesducoy.com, in order to replace or refund said item as soon as possible.

When the delivery of your order is made, you must check that everything is in accordance with what was requested. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, indicate it on the delivery note that the carrier will give you. Orders placed through the website cannot be returned or exchanged in Aceites Ducoy stores or associated corners.

Personalized orders for events or weddings will not be eligible for return as they are products adapted exclusively for the customer.
