SHIPPING TO PENINSULAR SPAIN, EUROPE, UNITED KINGDOM, and REST OF THE WORLD

Where can I receive my orders?

Your orders will be sent to the delivery address you entered when creating your account, so it is important that you pay attention when filling in this information.

Your billing address and your delivery address can be different: before finalizing the purchase, you have the option to send it to a different address by clicking on "Ship to a different address?".

What are the shipping times and costs?

We ship to all of Spain, as well as to European Union countries.

Orders placed and paid for before 1:30 PM will be processed the following business day. If the order is placed after 1:30 PM, or on a non-business day, it will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

An order is understood as processed when it has been delivered to the carrier, at which point the transit time begins.

During periods of high demand, such as Black Friday, Christmas, or special campaigns, orders may experience slight delays compared to the initially stipulated timeframe.

In pre-order campaigns for special editions, times will correspond to those indicated in the product description.

Shipping to Peninsular Spain and Balearic Islands

Standard Shipping:

  • Transport company: GLS.

  • Shipping time: 1 or 2 business days if all products are in stock. If there is a pre-ordered product, the complete order will be sent when said product or products are in stock.

  • Shipping cost: FREE IN THE IBERIAN PENINSULA for orders starting from €30. The standard shipping cost is indicated during the purchase process depending on its weight.

Canary Islands

  • Shipping cost: 30 euros.

  • Customs costs generated by the purchase and issued by public administrations will be assumed exclusively by the buyer.

Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

  • Shipping cost: 15 euros.

    Once your order is processed, you will receive an email from GLS with the tracking number, with which you can monitor your order in real time and manage the delivery on said platform.

European Union Shipping

  • Transport company: Depending on convenience.

  • Shipping time: 5-9 business days if all products are in stock. If there is a pre-ordered product, the complete order will be sent when said product or products are in stock.

  • Shipping cost: Standard shipping €14.90, free shipping if the amount exceeds €150.

    Our partner platforms will send you your tracking number, with which you can monitor your order at all times.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

  • Transport company: Depending on convenience.

  • Shipping time: 3-10 business days if all products are in stock. If there is a pre-ordered product, the complete order will be sent when said product or products are in stock.

  • Shipping cost: Standard shipping €18, free shipping if the amount exceeds €180.

    Our partner platforms will send you your tracking number, with which you can monitor your order at all times.

Rest of the World

Shipments to other parts of the world different from those stated have a variable cost depending on weight and destination.
